Janet Donnangelo
Janet Donnangelo has been involved with art for most of her life, although she is most renowned for her talents in the field of wheel-thrown pottery. Janet graduated from Georgia Southern University, where she majored in and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education.

Janet has lived in the Russellville community since 1980. Married to Ralph Donnangelo, and the mother to two boys, Frank and Christopher, she values her family life. Janet and Ralph have owned Main Street Gallery since 1988, specializing in custom picture framing. It is through Main Street Gallery that Janet maintains her artistic talent and displays her pottery creations.
Janet's style has evolved from "simply functional" to artistically inspired forms. Her flowing root and leaf designs on various pottery sculptures have become her signature application, and tend to draw the viewer into a connection with the Earth. With Mother Earth as the creator, Janet's rooted forms are seen as cradling the finished artwork and giving it new life.
