I create art that makes a visual statement of both the collections of each day’s small moments, as well as the events that reflect the tumultuous time and place in which we exist. I strive to embrace the viewer with the message of the piece – to create a human connection not unlike that of a parent and child. An employee of humanity, I engage in the creative process only through a deep conviction and respect for our natural environment, as well as sensitivity to the language of visual art.

My purpose constantly evolves as my journey to understand the dynamics of our world diverges. The clean lines and pure form reflect the abstraction of landscapes and is the primary inspiration and subject matter of my work. In an attempt to offer the viewer a peaceful acceptance of mystery, I examine the dark, quiet times of day. Through my subjects of interest, I hold ajar the door of the human mind and invite viewers to explore the calm infinity held within.
